With a background in Chemistry and an MBA in Marketing, Nancy brings a rare combination of analytical rigor and strategic thinking to every real estate transaction. Since 2008, she has built a reputation for exceptional service and expertise, and today is a proud member of the Sedona Luxury Homes team — a top 1% team with $35 million in sales closed in 2024 and $70+ million in sales for 2025.
Nancy has a true passion for helping people make smart decisions in real estate and consistently goes the extra mile to provide care, insight, and service beyond standard real estate expectations. Her expertise lies in luxury estates, vacation rental properties, equine properties, and providing high-net-worth buyers with tailored representation for a seamless real estate experience.
Nancy heard the call to make Sedona home while planning her daughter’s wedding at L’Auberge on Oak Creek in 2018 and relocated here soon after with her husband of 36 years, Ernie. Nancy’s daughter, Victoria Wylde, and son, George Turbyfill, followed her into real estate and are fellow members of the Sedona Luxury Homes team — a family affair built on shared values of integrity, service, and excellence.
Nancy is also a seasoned property investor who has built, remodeled, and personally directed the architectural and interior design of numerous homes over more than 30 years. Outside of real estate, Nancy teaches a weekly yoga class and leads crystal sound bowl meditations, bringing the same mindfulness and intentionality to her personal life that she brings to her work. She loves hiking Sedona’s red rocks with her family and dogs, traveling through Europe, Italian fashion, good food, and exquisite interior design.
